We want to thank A Child Waits Foundation in helping us bring home our son Nicholas. This past December, the Lord blessed our home with a beautiful new daughter from Bulgaria. Her name is Anna Grace, which literally means a double portion of God's grace… And that's just what she is. What a JOY she is to our family! Throughout her entire adoption process, we saw God's hand at work. He provided much of what we needed, and the even bigger blessing was to see his hand at every turn.
Six weeks after Anna came home to us, we received a brochure from All Gods Children International featuring several older children that needed a forever family. Nickolae's picture jumped off the page, and once again, we felt God's leading to adopt. This would have been a remote possibility without help from A Child Waits Foundation. And it came just in time as Romania closed to international adoption within a few weeks of us bringing Nicholas home. There is no way (humanly speaking) that we could have afforded TWO international adoptions without A Child Waits and because of their help and the Lord's work, another child has come home.
How can we possibly express enough gratitude for our son? There are no words to fully articulate the incredible thanks in our hearts. A child was rescued, and now he has a future, hope, and a loving forever family.
Thank You for giving us this opportunity to adopt Nicholas. We are overcome with God's goodness. And we pray that in time, Nicholas will know, understand, and accept the most wonderful gift of all- a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
