Dear A Child Waits Foundation,

want to express the sincere appreciation we feel to you for helping us with adopting
our son, Luke ChaoYue Elrod, from The People's Republic of China. It was very
kind of you and we are truly grateful. Surely more lives than we can ever know
will be impacted because someone such as yourself helped to make it possible for
us to give this little boy a loving home. He is thriving and very happy in his
new home. May the seed you have sown be blessed back to you one hundred fold.

Update:
We
are adjusting well, getting hugs and kisses and are very happy. Luke says he loves
his parents and America. He also likes dinosaurs, super heroes, tigers, baby pigs
and ice cream. His English is progressing well. We thank you for your help. Who
knows how many lives may be impacted because you decided to help us give our son
a loving home.
