Our Adoption
We are one of the families who have been blessed by your kind provision of funds for our adoption of Anica. We had already adopted a two-year-old from Russia and were considering a 13-year-old girl from Romania. When we called All Gods Children about her, we were also told about your Foundation and we felt it was another confirmation from the Lord to move ahead with her adoption.
We were so happy to finally meet Anica and were pleased by the conditions in the orphanage. There was food and clothing for everyone, although there was a lot of unsupervised time for the children. One of our most memorable sights was the Christmas lights on the streets of Bucharest. We enjoyed spending time with our facilitator and he enjoyed learning some American slang.
Anica is now here with us and it has been a wonderful experience. She has been very healthy and is a sweet, cheerful, helpful girl who has added so much to our family. And, hopefully, we are meeting some of her needs as well.
