International and Domestic Adoption

Since our inception A Child Waits Foundation has helped 2,509 families bring home 3,151 children.  The children were adopted from 67 different countries and now live all over the United States, in Canada and in other parts of the world.  The following charts and graphs represent a statistical picture of these children.  To read some of their stories, visit our "Family Story"​ pages, to learn the details behind the numbers.  The statistics were updated on March 20, 2024.
