Raymona began working with A Child Waits Foundation in April 2002.  As the mother of a 26-year-old son adopted domestically at birth, she has both professional and personal experience in the world of adoption.  In additional to her role as Executive Director for the Foundation, Raymona speaks at conferences, webinars, workshops and other public forums regarding affording adoption and A Child Waits Foundation.

 

Raymona's past experience includes research and program evaluation at a residential treatment facility, project management at an advertising agency and a telecommunications specialist in the United States Air Force.  In addition to her son, she has 2 step-daughters and 4 grandchildren.
